Procedures: You should follow Alcaster's suggestion and continue investigating. Talk to Alcaster for a plan of action. Alcaster said the monsters tend to show more aggressive behavior as you go deeper into the Snowfield. Go a little deeper and defeat Pepes and Dark Pepes at the Cold Field. You eliminated Pepes and Dark Pepes, but you still can't find any clues. The Oda Army certainly covers its tracks.
