Go to Mushroom Castle: Deep Inside Mushroom Forest, the home of the Poison Mushroom. You'll need to collect 30 Poison Mushroom Caps to make Killer Mushroom Spore Potion. Bring them back to Scarrs once you have enough. You've got the ingredients you need for the potion! Go back to Scarrs and put him to work!
