  2. Nella of Kerning City says that she feels like she will freeze to death, and that her Heat Pack has gone cold. She begs you to get her a new one and tells you that the monsters wandering around Kerning City have been seen carrying Heat Packs.

  3. You got Heat Packs from the monsters and delivered them to Nella. She should be able to stay warm for a while now.
