  1. Ask Kenta in Aquarium: Aquarium to make you a saddle.

  2. Kenta, after measuring Mir, says that a Dragon Saddle must be custom made to fit Mir. He says he will make you a saddle if you pay for the materials and labor. You can obtain the materials by entering the door of the Mushroom House between the Ribbon Pigs upstairs.

  3. You received a completed saddle from Kenta.
