Procedures: The plan worked! Everyone in Pantheon is celebrating your victory. But there is still work to be done. The weak Specters are down, but the stronger ones are still kicking. Talk to Cartalion about clearing the remaining Specters. Defeat all the Specters inside the Protective Shield. If you fail the quest, you can forfeit it and start again. Despite your success against the invaders, Magnus himself appeared to take you, Velderoth, and the Angelic Buster down a notch. Even in his weakened state, he mopped the floor with you.
